Warranty Period
  • 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Date of purchase is as per the Invoice Date received from Lazada, Shopee, or other dealers.
  • Date of purchase to be verified against Order Data in the Seller Centre or PowerBI dashboard. For verification, use Order Number, Order Date, and Customer Name.

    Warranty Validity

    • Valid only within the Kingdom of Thailand.
    • Valid only for products sold by Worldtech Electronic Co. Ltd. or by its authorized distributors and dealers.

    What the Warranty Covers
    • Manufacturing defect in the:
      • TV screen
      • Circuit board
      • Speakers

    What the Warranty does not Cover
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
    • Accessories such as remote control, batteries, power adapter, antenna, set-top box, wires and cables etc.
    • Display or sound malfunction caused due to usage of external products such antenna, cable TV, or set-top box.
    • Accident, natural disaster, accident, water spill, lightning, overload, flood or fire.
    • Accidents caused due to wrong installation or lack of maintenance.
    • Use of the product that does not meet the instructions set out in the manual.
    • Continuous use for an extended period of time causing the circuit board to burn.
    • Products that have been tampered, modified or repaired by persons other than Worldtech Service Centre engineers.
    • Any defect or damage resulting from software modifications or program corrections that affect the performance of the product.
    • Worldtech will be the sole determinant of the condition under which the product falls.


    Home Appliances


    Warranty Period

    What the Warranty does not Cover
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
    • Accessories such as remote control, batteries, power adapter, blades, plastic fittings, beading, wires and cables etc.
    • Malfunction caused due to usage of external products.
    • Accident, natural disaster, accident, water spill, lightning, overload, flood or fire.
    • Accidents caused due to wrong installation or lack of maintenance.
    • Use of the product that does not meet the instructions set out in the manual.
    • Continuous use for an extended period of time causing the circuit board to burn.
    • Products that have been tampered, modified or repaired by persons other than Worldtech Service Centre engineers.
    • Rusting of parts due to water contamination.
    • Any defect or damage resulting from software modifications or program corrections that affect the performance of the product.
    • Worldtech will be the sole determinant of the condition under which the product falls.
    • Rusted on Jar and metals parts due to water contamination


    Car Accessories

    Warranty Period
    • 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.
    • Date of purchase is as per the Invoice Date received from Lazada, Shopee, or other dealers.
    • Date of purchase to be verified against Order Data in the Seller Centre or PowerBI dashboard. For verification, use Order Number, Order Date, and Customer Name.

    What the Warranty does not Cover
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
    • Accessories such as remote control, batteries, power adapter, plastic fittings, lens, button knob, antenna, wires and cables, etc.
    • Accident, natural disaster, accident, water spill, lightning, overload, flood or fire.
    • Accidents caused due to wrong installation or lack of maintenance.
    • Use of the product that does not meet the instructions set out in the manual.
    • Continuous use for an extended period of time causing the circuit board to burn.
    • Malfunction caused by connecting the speakers parallel to increase the watts. 
    • Malfunction caused by the resistance to be lower than the ohms specified on the amplifier or the manual.
    • Malfunction caused due to application of wrong voltage to the product.
    • Cost of uninstalling the installed products from the car.
    • Products that have been tampered, modified or repaired by persons other than Worldtech Service Centre engineers.
    • Any defect or damage resulting from software modifications or program corrections that affect the performance of the product.
    • Worldtech will be the sole determinant of the condition under which the product falls.



    Security Cameras

    Warranty Period
    • 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.

    Option to Extend Warranty
    • Extended warranty can be purchased within the first 6 months of date of purchase from Worldtech official store or the Worldtech website only.

    Procedure to claim the Warranty
  • Before the Product is received in the Service Centre
        • Customer adds Line Official Account @worldtechthailand
        • Customer supplies the Order Number, Order Date, Customer Name and Phone Number for verification to check the validity of Warranty Period.
        • After completing the verification from the Worldtech Customer Service,  the customer sends the Photos or Videos of the product malfunction.
        • Customer Service (CS) Executive assesses the initial product symptoms to determine whether the product has any manufacturing defect.
        • If the product has any manufacturing defect, the CS Executive issues a filled Product Claim Form to the customer via the LINE chat.
        • Customer delivers the product to the Worldtech Service Centre along with the Product Claim Form and the product and its relevant accessories.

     

  • After the Product is received in the Service Centre
      • Service Centre receives the product and checks the product
      • Service Centre forwards the case to the Service Engineer
      • Service Engineer determines whether the product is damaged or needs additional replacement parts
      • Service Engineer procures the parts if required
      • Service Engineer repairs the product
      • Service Centre ships the repaired the product to the customer
      • Customer receives the repaired product

    Expenses to be borne for claiming the Warranty
    • The warranty does not cover the cost of delivery from the premises of the Customer to the Worldtech Service Centre. The customer will be responsible for the cost of transportation, including damage and loss in transit.
    • The warranty does not cover the cost of delivery from the Worldtech Service Centre to the Customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of transportation, including damage and loss in transit.
    • In case Worldtech Service Centre determines that the product does not have any manufacturing defect, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of repairing products and the purchase of additional spare parts as required to repair the product to its original condition.
    • For the cost of repair and replacement parts, please refer to the Appendix B which is updated from time to time.
